This is a George Smith quota quickie made for RKO..Smith made no less than 43 such films in the space of 9 years.The juvenile leads in this are Sheridan,appearing in her third film,and Bruce Seton,years before his TV fame as Fabian of the yard.The story is fairly basic .George Carney is the successful head of a cheese making firm.He still has his feet on the ground..He has sent his daughter to a public and finishing school.She comes back home with a very posh accent and attitudes.She has been invited to stay at her friends parents country house.Her parents are invited along too.It becomes apparent that the invitation was for the sole reason of trying to persuade Carney to take worthless share s.They get the son to propose marriage to get round Car keys intransigence..Seton overheard the son confessing to his lover that he is marrying Sheridan for her parents money.Seton then drives Sheridan away..The plot then becomes rather over complicated for quota quickie..There is a breathless finale with a happy ending.
