In the 10 years since Parks and Recreation‘s series finale episode, “One Last Ride,” aired, there have been very few TV endings as satisfying as this show’s conclusion. While it’s never easy saying goodbye to characters that bring you joy, Parks and Recreation did so in a way that reassured viewers the Pawnee crew would be okay. Of course, having aired on February 24, 2015, the episode couldn’t predict what would actually occur in our real world, but in the show’s universe, there was promise and hope for a brighter tomorrow that still makes us believe in it today. It was a heartbreaking moment in Parks and Recreation when Ben Wyatt (Adam Scott) and Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) broke up in season 4. As colleagues at Pawnee City Government, the two became close after Ben arrived in season 2 to help Pawnee with its budget crisis. Although Leslie had some strong initial feelings that contradicted Ben's plan for Pawnee, the two came to an understanding and became friends. With two people so in love with each other, it was hard to accept that Leslie and Ben had to...

One of the best Ron and Tammy 2 Parks and Recreation episodes was season 2, episode 8, “Ron and Tammy.” Ron explained to the cameras that Tammy 2 was the second Tammy he had married, and she worked for Pawnee’s library. The decimation of their relationship was obvious once the two were seen together. Tammy 2 was raunchy,...
