Jonathan tells Sandy that Bobbie is a "size 38 with a D-Cup". In reality, Ann Margaret's bra/cup size is 36D.

In the shower, when Sandy is shaving and Jonathan is taking a shower in the background, it can be seen that Jack Nicholson is wearing red shorts in the shower even though the steam on the mirror was supposed to hide the shorts.

On their first night together, Jonathan and Bobbie ride down Broadway in the back of a taxi. Four of the films showing on marquees on a rear projection screen are "West Side Story," "El Cid," "Satan in High Heels," and "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse." WSS and El Cid were released in late 1961, the other two were released in early 1962 (Satan in March, '62).

During the fight scene. which takes place at least a year after they started living together, Bobbie says that Jonathan didn't let her campaign for Kennedy. According to the films playing on Broadway, they met more than a year after Kennedy had been inaugurated.

When Jonathan is playing tennis with Sandy, Sandy leaves the court, and Cindy replaces him. Jonathan starts right in saying how Cindy is "racking me up", and then he states that it is 40-love, meaning Cindy has won three straight points. However, listening to the racket hits, it is apparent that, at most, it could be only 30-love (and even that is questionable).
