This film has nine differently edited versions in the U.S. with an English-language dub-track. Some of these versions are re-ordered so badly that they're completely incoherent.
One promotional gimmick used to sell the film in the U.S. was to have the theaters showing it serve "bloodcorn". This was actually regular popcorn with red food dye poured over it.
A heavily-censored version of this film used to be shown on American late-night TV under the title "Evelyn Raises The Dead".
