I was pleasantly surprised by this little drama, very well acted which could have given a good TV show. what amused me the most is that's the same mail man for all those three stories. But after all, maybe the three stories took place in the same neighbourhood...
Yes, this is a pretty good surprise, the typical stuff that TV industry may give from time to time. I guess there must me many more hidden. I am myself a French mail employee and that tale amused me a lot. Thanks.

- TriviaIn 1973, Aaron Spelling developed two pilots with a similar theme: this one and Letters from Three Lovers (1973). In both pilots, letters were delayed in delivery by one year per accident or mischance; the delay would have a profound effect on the sender or the recipient. Henry Jones played the postman delivering the long lost letters in both pilots. Neither pilot was picked up for a continuing series.
- GoofsAs the postman drives up to Mrs. Forrester's house, it is raining, and the shot from inside the car shows both windshield wipers running at medium speed. In the next shot in the driveway, the wiper on the driver's side is running at high speed and the wiper on the passenger side is missing completely.
- Quotes
Elaine Anderson (The Andersons Episode): A woman's love is masochistic; don't you know that? no matter how happy we are, no matter how great things are going there's always that chance it'll be taken away from us.
