Dick Wolf joint

Christine Cromwell (Jaclyn Smith) is a San Francisco lawyer who rarely goes to court since her years as a public defender. She does mostly investment advice in her stepfather's firm. Her mother likes to stay in high society and set her up with single men.

This is Dick Wolf pre-Law & Order and part of the ABC Mystery Movie. Jaclyn Smith is a big name, but she does need more help here. This should be a duo. Her friends and family don't add much to anything. Her closest friend seems to be the assistant and I keep forgetting her name. Dennis Franz has one episode where I could see his character partners with her. It showed the potential.
