This was Audrey Hepburn's first TV movie since Mayerling (1957), and the last feature-length production in which she would take a starring role. According to biographies of the actress, she reportedly agreed to do this obscure telefilm just for the fun of it.

Goofs
The Countess and Chambers are robbed by bandits in their car, which appears to be stripped, yet after the "wedding ceremony" not only is the car intact, the Countess still has her bags with the eggs in it.

Audrey should have passed on this one!

Audrey Hepburn was in very few films in the 80's. This was the worst of the lot. At the start Audrey steals some treasures from a museum and is later inolved with a host of characters that have some interest in her loot. The acting was mediocre. The plot was predictable and boring.
