For once, the heroes failed to save the day in Avengers: Infinity War, as Thanos succeeded in wiping out 50% of the universe’s population. Though they lost so many of their friends, you can be damn sure they’ll avenge them when they go up against the Mad Titan again in Avengers: Endgame.
That’s certainly the aim, anyways, as exemplified in this new TV spot. To mark just five days to go until it arrives in theaters, the promo above gives us another sliver of fresh footage. The 15-second trail features a voiceover from Rocket Raccoon, who has some typically abrasive words of encouragement for his newfound allies. “Alright, Avengers,” says the last Guardian of the Galaxy. “Time to live up to your name.”

In November of last year, legendary comic book creator Stan Lee passed away, and to a certain extent, the upcoming Avengers: Endgame will stand as one big, 3-hour tribute to the writer’s legacy. In fact, if you ask Jeremy Renner, the man will in some ways be right there with us next week as we make that trip to the theater.
As part of the press tour for the Avengers: Infinity War sequel, the Hawkeye actor stopped by Seoul, South Korea, where he was interviewed by Cna. When asked what he thought Lee’s reaction would be watching the McU’s Phase 3 finale, Renner offered the following response:
“He’s going to be watching it, brother. He’s watching it. He’s in all of us. He’s going to be watching it.”

Avengers: Endgame is now less than two weeks away from hitting theaters and Marvel Studios is giving the movie a big push. Before the promotional campaign started, Marvel Cinematic Universe fans were wondering if the studio was even going to bother with promoting the most anticipated movie of the year. Realistically, they really don't need to, but they have been giving out a healthy dose of footage over the last several weeks.
In the first of the new Avengers: Endgame TV spots, we see Pepper Potts looking up into the sky with Steve Rogers, Bruce Banner, Natasha Romanoff, and Rhodey as they presumably welcome Tony Stark and Nebula back from space. Elsewhere, we see Black Widow and Ronin fighting in Japan along and a hilarious spot where War Machine lands on the Avengers compound and scares the hell out of Scott Lang, who War Machine refers to "regular-sized man," instead of Ant-Man.

A new TV Spot for Avengers: Endgame has popped up online and it offers some awesome new footage for the fans to enjoy! I really liked what I saw in this spot.
It features new footage of Black Widow and Hawkeye together and at one point they are blasting through space with wide eyes as Hawkeye says, “This will be totally awesome.” There’s another shot of Hawkeye battling someone with his samurai swords.
We also hear more of Steve Rogers’ pep talk telling his team to look after each other. Then it ends with a funny little scene where Rhodey pokes fun at Scott Lang.
Avengers: Endgame is set to be released on April 26th, 2019.

Marvel Studios Chief Kevin Feige is gearing up for the release of “Avengers: Endgame,” which is expected to dominate the box office when it opens at the end of April. But he’s also looking beyond its premiere to a new phase in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (McU), one that will introduce new heroes and villains.
One element that will be different is that the coming storyline won’t unspool exclusively on the big screen. This year, Disney is launching its own challenger to Netflix, a streaming service dubbed Disney Plus. Feige and his team are overseeing several limited series such as “WandaVision,” “Loki,” and an untitled show about Hawkeye for the platform. These Marvel heroes will be played by Elisabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Tom Hiddleston, and Jeremy Renner who portrayed the same characters in several big-screen “Avengers” sequels and spinoffs.

With just ten measly days to go before Avengers: Endgame smashes into theaters, many are curious what the future holds for the McU. After all, Endgame promises to tie up plotlines and story elements that have been being developed for the last decade, with the threat of Thanos and the fate of the Infinity Stones having played a part in most Marvel movies.
We know that Spider-Man: Far From Home is coming very soon after Endgame, but the future beyond that looks pretty hazy. Thankfully, then, in an interview with Variety, Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige has begun to tease what we’ll see in this new era, and here’s what he had to say:
“Some of these films will feature characters that you already know. Some supporting characters will assume leading roles, while some new characters will be introduced. The reward for all of these films working...

With slightly over a week to go until the release of Avengers: Endgame, Marvel has released another brief promo that offers a quick reminder of Captain America and Iron Man’s impending reunion.
The 15-second video contains a mere two lines. The first comes from Tony Stark, who asks Chris Evans’ character, “Do you trust me?” to which he replies, “I do.” The moment is followed by a firm handshake to mark the renewal of their friendship. By now, most of you will already be familiar with the exchange, thanks largely to the short trailer that dropped two weeks ago. The clip tugged at the heartstrings of many a fan, though co-directors Anthony and Joe Russo have since muddied the waters by claiming that the moment isn’t in the actual film.

As incredible as he is, The Hulk almost perished during Avengers: Infinity War, as Mark Ruffalo recently revealed during his press tour for the upcoming Avengers: Endgame.
Ruffalo, 51, told Yahoo! that while Bruce Banner made it out of the 2018 blockbuster film alive, a second ending was shot, and it didn’t involve the original Avenger surviving.
The scene, which had Banner disintegrating into dust, was ultimately left out of the film, but Ruffalo did not know which fate his character would ultimately face until he actually watched the film.

Actor Jeremy Renner says he knows nothing about a possible series on his character Hawkeye, but says that all the characters based on the Marvel Comics are rich enough to get a back story. According to a report, Renner's Hawkeye, an archery ace, is the latest member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (McU) to have his own series. There is also buzz about a limited series being developed on McU characters like Falcon and Winter Soldier, as well as Loki, Vision, and Scarlet Witch.?

Disney will invest $1 billion in original content into Disney+, it’s upcoming streaming service, in 2020, said CFO Christine McCarthy on Thursday.
That number will raise to “mid $2 billion” by 2024, the same year they expect to achieve profitability. Disney formally unveiled Disney+ during an investor event at its Burbank, California studios. The service will launch on Nov. 12 and cost $6.99 a month and $69.99 a year.
McCarthy added they expect to have anywhere between 60 and 90 million subscribers by 2024, with two-thirds of them coming outside the U.S. Disney+ will begin rolling out to other markets beginning next year.

Disney+ is developing a TV series based on “The Sandlot,” Variety has learned.
David Mickey Evans, the co-writer and director of the 1993 film, is attached to write and executive produce the series. It is said to take in 1984 and would focus on the children of the original characters.
The first “Sandlot” film took place in the summer of 1962 and followed a group of friends who spent their days playing baseball while also dealing with a menacing dog that lived next to the titular sandlot that they referred to as The Beast. The film starred Tom Guiry, Mike Vitar, Karen Allen, Denis Leary, James Earl Jones, Patrick Renna, Chauncey Leopardi, Marty York, Brandon Quintin Adams, Grant Gelt, Shane Obedzinski, and Victor Dimattia. It grossed just over $33 million at the box office and has gone on to become a cult classic. Two direct-to-video sequels were produced in 2005 and 2007.

Among all the things that have been scrutinized in the “Avengers: Endgame” trailer, perhaps nothing was as thoroughly discussed as whatever happened to Hawkeye’s hair.

Disney+ is developing a series starring Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, an individual with knowledge with the project tells TheWrap.
The series would be the fourth to star a character from Marvel Studios’ expansive big-screen roster. Disney has previously announced a Loki series, which will star Tom Hiddleston. Marvel Studios is also developing “The Vision and Scarlet Witch” and another one starring Anthony Mackie’s Falcon and Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier.
The project would be an adventure series in which Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, will pass the torch to Kate Bishop. In the comics, Barton abandons the Hawkeye moniker to become Ronin — something heavily teased to happen in “Avengers: Endgame” — and Bishop takes up the mantle. Bishop is speculated to appear in “Endgame.”

Marvel is developing a Hawkeye TV series with Jeremy Renner for Disney Plus.
The onslaught of Marvel streaming TV shows continues, and Hawkeye will be one of the plethora of secondary characters getting their chance to shine on the small screen. Variety broke the news that the series will deal with Clint Barton passing the mantle of Hawkeye on to Kate Bishop, familiar to fans of Marvel's various Young Avengers series. Hawkeye will join other Marvel series on Disney+ including Winter Soldier and Falcon, Vision and Scarlet Witch, and Loki.
Hawkeye hasn't exactly had the easiest time of it in the McU. Having been little more than a supporting player in the first two Avengers movies, he was absent entirely from Avengers: Infinity War. It was only the first Avengers: Endgame footage that revealed that he had not only survived Thanos' snap, but had forged himself a...

Take heart, Marvel fans: Even after those credits roll on Endgame, at least one Avenger will be back for more.
Jeremy Renner is poised to bring his arrow-slinging character Hawkeye to the small screen, by way of a limited series at Disney’s forthcoming streaming service.
Per our sister site Variety, Disney+ is currently developing the project, which will find Renner’s Clint Barton passing the world-saving torch to Kate Bishop. The character of Kate (who is also part of the Young Avengers) has previously appeared in Marvel Comics, and she is the first female to take the Hawkeye name after Clint.

Well, it looks like the fate of at least one Avenger from “Avengers: Endgame” has likely been revealed. Jeremy Renner will be staying on as Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, at least for now. Marvel has set a Disney+ “Hawkeye” show starring Renner as the archer/ex-s.H.I.E.L.D. agent Clint Barton, and it will be a limited series where he mentors and hands off the Hawkeye role to Kate Bishop (this exact series was rumored last year too).

Time to add yet another Marvel-themed series to the Disney+ line-up. It’s been the assumption that any Marvel series on the Disney streaming service will focus on second-string characters, rather than the big ones like Iron Man and Captain America. So far, that’s turning out to be correct. The latest is Hawkeye, a series that will […]

Though Hawkeye is still over two weeks away from making his long-awaited comeback with Avengers: Endgame, it seems that word is already out about what’s next for Clint Barton.
Variety reports that a Hawkeye TV show is in development at Disney Plus, with Jeremy Renner reprising his role as the McU’s greatest archer. As per the old rumor, the project is said to be an adventure series in which Clint passes the torch on to Kate Bishop, a member of the Young Avengers in the comics who eventually inherits the Hawkeye name.
While Disney and Marvel have yet to comment on the matter, the new report falls very much in line with various hearsay from the past year. There’s even been a little speculation that last month’s Endgame trailer offered an early glimpse of Hawkeye training the young Kate.

Entertainment Weekly has unveiled a new series of Avengers: Endgame covers, which show off the original Phase 1 line-up of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
While the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War sequel is expected to juggle an overwhelming array of characters, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige clarified last month that the stars of 2012’s The Avengers will serve as the primary focus of the story. Indeed, Captain America and Iron Man have been particularly prominent in the film’s trailers and TV spots, and it may not be a coincidence that these are the two heroes who are most widely predicted to be exiting the franchise with this month’s release.
At the same time, there’s been some speculation lately that the movie’s marketing has been hiding some major Hawkeye-related spoilers from us. And at the very least, after sitting out Infinity War, Clint Barton has a lot of...

As we’ve already seen, we know that there are big changes coming to Jeremy Renner’s Clint Barton in Avengers: Endgame. He is leaving behind Hawkeye and taking on the mantel of Ronin.
No one really wants to talk about Ronin’s story arc in the film because he obviously has a very big and important part to play in the story. As you know, the character was no where to be seen in Infinity War, but that’s ok because he’ll be back in a big way.
When asked about his character’s role and how he felt about rejoining the team in the film at a recent press conference, all Renner would say was:
"I feel good. I feel rested. Yeah, I'm good. Stretched out, had some coffee, ready to rock."
That’s it. Nothing else. But, producer Trinh Tran pointed to a movie poster for...

With three weeks to go until the release of Avengers: Endgame, Marvel has started the countdown with a new promo, which shows Earth’s Mightiest Heroes preparing for the fight of their lives.
While the short video has nothing to offer in the way of fresh footage, it does give us another excuse to see Black Widow and Hawkeye together again, and watch Nebula and Ant-Man charging into battle. We also get a couple of shots of Tony Stark and Steve Rogers sharing the screen after years of separation. The last time we saw these two together was at the end of 2016’s Captain America: Civil War, in which they parted ways on bad terms. But going by the handshake featured in the above promo, it looks like their friendship will soon be rekindled.

Another day, another round of Avengers: Endgame promo art. This time, we bring you a pair of images that tease the core line-up of heroes in this month’s release.
Aside from the inclusion of Thanos in the first poster, each artwork gives us the same combination of characters, those being Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Hulk, Thor, Rocket, Nebula, Ant-Man, War Machine and Captain Marvel. While previously shared images have also confirmed a few more heroes entering the fray – including Valkyrie, Wong, Okoye and even Pepper Potts in her new Rescue armor – it certainly looks like these eleven stars will be the film’s main players. Most of them even showed up in the Endgame footage that recently screened to CinemaCon attendees, though it sounds like Ant-Man and Hawkeye were both no-shows.

It's a pretty good time to be a Marvel Cinematic Universe fan. Or mabye it's a really bad time, if you're trying to avoid any and all spoilers. Marvel Studios has just released another Avengers: Endgame TV spot, which features footage both new and mostly old, as Thanos declares victory. The Mad Titan easily won Infinity War, nobody would deny that fact, but the Decimation may have gone a lot further than the villain even imagined, which could lead to a whole new set of problems in Endgame. While the latest TV spot is short, it features some pretty intriguing visuals.
It isn't clear who the Mad Titan is talking to in the Avengers: Endgame TV spot, but he declares his victory and states that he is going to enjoy his next move "very, very much." As to what the next move is, that is unclear at the moment. However,...

We are, at the time of writing, only 24 days (and counting!) away from the release of Avengers: Endgame. And don’t we know all about it…
Yes, no matter where you look, it seems the Internet is just teeming with fan theories and McU-related plot points dating back to 2008, as curious folks attempt to solve the riddle that is Avengers: Endgame. And while most, if not all, of the legwork is already done and dusted, it seems that Marvel is still applying the final touches to what is undoubtedly their most ambitious effort yet. Which is really saying something when you remember that 2018 gave us the equally epic Avengers: Infinity War.
But we digress. With the pic now just weeks away, tickets have officially go on sale at all the usual places and already, they’re selling like crazy. In fact, if you’re reading this and haven’t yet grabbed your seat,...

Last week saw the promotional push for Avengers: Endgame ramp up considerably in honor of the movie being one month away from hitting theaters. Since then, we've seen a ton of different variants from all over the world, placing the characters in different areas, using different poses, and omitting and adding in characters. However, a European movie theater seems to have a special bit of promo material made specifically for the men's room and it has been brought to Jeremy Renner's attention that Hawkeye has been placed in an interesting area of the bathroom.
Hawkeye actor Jeremy Renner has been pretty active on social media during the production of Avengers: Endgame to keep fans up to date and remind them that he is still alive and very much still a member of Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Some fans were scared he may have been a victim of the Decimation at the conclusion of Infinity War.

While Clint Barton has drawn a lot of mockery over the years for being the guy who shoots arrows, perhaps it’s no coincidence that Earth’s Mightiest Heroes suffered their first outright loss in the only Avengers film not to feature Hawkeye. The 3D Avengers: Endgame trailer reportedly shows that Hawkeye was running from an Outrider during the fiery tunnel scene. The Russo Brothers have admitted to using decoy footage in the upcoming movie to provide misdirects, much like they did with Infinity War. Plus, Kevin Feige has revealed that the majority of the trailer footage released thus far has come from the first 15 to 20 minutes of the movie. However, it looks like they forgot to do some of their clever editing for the 3D trailer.

Though it’s generally assumed that Thanos didn’t pick and choose who survived the snap, the same can’t be said for the Avengers: Infinity War writers, who clearly spared the original six McU heroes for a reason. Indeed, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige recently confirmed that the line-up from 2012’s The Avengers will be the focus of next month’s Avengers: Endgame, and in a new post from Jeremy Renner, the “A6” are hyped up once more.
The actor’s post compiles the various character posters that recently dropped for Iron Man, Bruce Banner, Thor, Black Widow, Captain America and Renner’s own Hawkeye. In the caption, the star offered the following shout out:
“Have a great Friday everyone… love my A6!”

The 3D version of the Avengers: Endgame trailer has been released and fans have noticed something in it that isn’t there in the standard teaser. We’ve previously been told that the marketing for the movie has been deliberately tampered with in order to avoid spoilers and now we have proof of that as it seems that Marvel forgot to edit one clip in the 3D trailer, thereby telling us something we didn’t know before.
To see what we mean, take a look at the comparison shots below of Clint Barton fleeing from a fire. In the first pair of images, from the regular trailer, there’s nothing behind him. But in the third and fourth, we can clearly see some creatures on his tail. From what we can tell, these appear to be Outriders, the brutish henchmen that Thanos employed to invade Wakanda in the big Earthbound battle in Infinity War.

Yes, it’s more than 300 days since the credits rolled on Infinity War, and the gut-wrenching effects of The Snap – or The Decimation, if we’re using the correct term – began to take hold. Thanos had won. And his victory had left the remaining members of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in a state of mourning.
That was very much the tone of Endgame‘s initial teasers, which featured a visibly distressed Captain America seeking comfort in a support group. But last week’s trailer brought with it a sliver of hope. Maybe – just maybe – the original six will be able to wipe the smile from Thanos’ face when all is said and done.
Crucial to that counter-attack are Thor, Rocket, and the McU’s two Captains: Steve Rogers and Carol Danvers,...

Avengers: Infinity War starred more superheroes than any movie before it and miraculously it managed to give many of them their own arcs and everybody else at least the odd moment to shine. Still, some fans complained that it didn’t give enough to do to a few of the old favorites. We should know by now to put our trust in Marvel, though, as Avengers: Endgame has considerably shortened the cast list which will no doubt allow for some greater focus on the original team.
Following the Decimation, most of the second generation of heroes in the McU have been dusted, leaving just the first six members of Nick Fury’s Avengers initiative. Well, plus War Machine, Ant-Man, Rocket, Nebula and Captain Marvel. Just as you might think, though, Endgame will be all about those core six Avengers. Or so says Marvel president Kevin Feige in the latest issue...

Last week’s Avengers: Endgame trailer remains the subject of heavy scrutiny from the fans, who’ve now looked closely enough at the latest footage to find some subtle clues about next month’s release.
Over the weekend, for instance, McU Cosmic’s Jeremy Conrad shared an image from the recent preview of Black Widow and Hawkeye together in a dimly lit room. Alongside this image, Conrad placed a shot of the late Gamora and Star-Lord together in the Benatar, and looking at the two scenes side by side, it certainly looks like they’re taking place in the same location.
From here, the implication could be that Tony Stark and Nebula will return to Earth in the ship, before picking up the rest of the Avengers and jetting off to their next destination. But while it may seem like Natasha Romanoff and Clint Barton are in the spacecraft once...
