Musician Neil Young has pulled out of the U.K.’s biggest music festival Glastonbury, citing the “corporate control” of the BBC.

The Canadian-American singer, 79, wrote on his website Tuesday to explain that he and his new band, the Chrome Hearts, had booked a slot at Worthy Farm in June, but they will no longer play as the broadcaster “wanted us to do a lot of things in a way we were not interested in.”

“The Chrome Hearts and I were looking forward to playing Glastonbury, one of my all-time favorite outdoor gigs,” Young said. “We were told that BBC was now a partner in Glastonbury and wanted us to do a lot of things in a way we were not interested in. It seems Glastonbury is now under corporate control and is not the way I remember it being.”

Billy Bob Thornton has come a very long way from his humble beginnings in the film business, where he’d regularly appear in bit parts on low-budget films like Chopper Chicks In Zombietown. Even then he showed a charisma that overcame the terrible scripts he was working on, but it was only when he created his own material that people started taking notice.

He wrote and starred in the acclaimed – but little seen – thriller One False Move, which soon led to him writing and directing Sling Blade, the film that made his career. Since then he’s written, directed and starred in a wide variety of movies, ranging from tiny budget indies to massive summer blockbusters.

In addition, her makeup and hair look completely flawless and natural. She looks great with this feminine, but edgy look. However, a less chunkier necklace would have suited her better since she was already accessorized enough.

Susan Holmes truly has it all. She's got her own swimwear line, has accomplished an extensive career as an international supermodel, has been featured on E!'s Married to Rock television series and is currently working on two books. London, Sept 11: Kate Hudson is the latest celebrity to add jewellery designing to her glittering resume.

The 'Almost Famous' star has collaborated with her long-time friend and co-owner of jewellery brand Chrome Hearts, Laurie Lynn Stark, to launch a jewellery line called Ch+Kh.

The 32-year-old new mom recently opened up to Elle magazine about how she and Stark decided to create the line during a joint family vacation.

"It occurred to us, we spend all of this time together - why don't we make something?" The Daily Star quoted her as saying.
