Limited by Weak Acting and a Poor Script

The film essentially begins with a beautiful computer programmer by the name of "Sherry Johannson" (Colleen McDermott) finally completing a program which will help a certain bank detect and prevent data breeches in its computer system. What she doesn't realize, however, is that her boyfriend "Raymond Silton" (Robert Lee Jacobs) has planned to use that program to embezzle $6 million from that same bank and, having accomplished that, deliberately incriminates her in the process. That being said, once convicted and sent to prison, Sherry develops her own plan to bring him down at the first chance available. Now, rather than reveal any more, I will just say that, even though it had an attractive actress in Colleen McDermott and a fairly interesting plot overall, neither the acting nor the script was quite sufficient to take advantage of these two qualities, and I have rated this film accordingly. Slightly below average.
