"Time of Your Life" is a spin off of Party of Five (1994). To connect the two series, Scott Wolf provided the voice of Bailey Salinger, who was Sarah's boyfriend. Bailey writes Sarah a letter, announcing his decision to end the relationship with her.
19 Episodes were produced but only 12 of them were aired in the United States before the show was canceled.
"Time of Your Life" is a spin-off of Party of Five (1994), which continues on from the Series 6 episode Bye, Bye, Love (1999), which follows Sarah Reeves, as she begins her search for her birth father in New York City.
This is the first time Wentworth Miller worked with Jennifer Love Hewitt. The second time was on her other series Ghost Whisperer (2005)
The karaoke scene in "The Time She Came to New York" is similar to Jennifer's performance in "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer" but with a much lighter tone.
