The body of a man is dredged up from the bottom of The Thames, Superintendent Duggan is brought in to solve the crime, initial reports suggest that it's wine merchant John Branston, who was reported missing by his sister, unfortunately John's wife doesn't identity tht man as her husband.
It should have a nice Mediterranean flavour, it should be full of heat and passion, unfortunately this one was just a bit flat.
The red herrings didn't really work, you're able to spot who and pretty much why from a mile off, on the plus side if looks rather nice, the Spanish theme of course means that we're treated to some flamenco dancing.
Mrs Branston though rather attractive, was as shifty as they come, I'm not sure I'd have trusted her to open my bottle of Rioja.
I wouldn't mind being at that one cellar tasting, all that rioja and smoke, can you imagine.
Superintendent Duggan continues to clock up those air miles, he doesn't half get about.
A bit dull.
6/10.
