"Brother, Cry for Me" is a very low-budgeted movie made with some familiar supporting actors. It was made on a micro-budget and is rather amateurly made and directed.
A nasty old rich man hates his three sons. So, instead of giving them each an inheritance, they are given maps to help them find it in the jungle (I assume it is either in Central or South America). But their greed is such that instead of working together and agreeing on a split, they fight among themselves. One even steals his brother's wife...all the while followed by an Italian-American who is trying in vain to sound Hispanic.
Apart from seeing the lovely Leslie Parrish, there's not a lot to recommend the movie. While it's supposed to be in a Hispanic country, I suspect it was made in Florida and a few scenes (such as the pyramid at the end) were stock footage. Overall, a dull affair and a movie which seems to have written and directed by emus. Also, the band at the beginning of the film was simply tone deaf!
