TMZ has reported that the hearing he was supposed to attend was held on Friday, March 7, and related to a restraining order that Big Brother winner Dr. Will Kirby has against him.

The hearing was reportedly to determine if Malin had violated a protective order by allegedly directly contacting Kirby’s wife.

The bench warrant was issued, and he was put in jail, after he reportedly did not attend the hearing.

Let me get something really important out of the way. Alan Cumming, the actor known for everything from "Cabaret" to "Josie and the Pussycats" to "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion," does not own a massive castle in Scotland, contrary to what he claims as the host of the hit reality competition show "The Traitors." The castle that's used as the setting of both "The Traitors US" and "The Traitors UK," the latter of which is hosted by English broadcaster Claudia Winkleman, is actually Ardross Castle in Scotland. Again, Cumming does not own it, despite his whole schtick about how he's allowing the players to stay in "his castle."

As a funny aside, the contestants themselves don't even actually spend the night in the castle.

What did she do again? Betray Danielle Reyes, of course. The Traitors picked up directly after last week’s cliffhanger, showing Haynes had voted to banish Reyes. Haynes was recruited by her former Big Brother Reindeer Games frenemy to become a Traitor in an ultimatum at the beginning of the show’s penultimate episode. The pair had started the season on a rough note due to Reyes feeling she had been betrayed by Haynes during their season of the Big Brother spinoff and grew closer throughout the season.

“Wow, you did it to me again,” Reyes said to the roundtable after it was revealed Haynes had, in her eyes, once again betrayed her. The penultimate episode of the reality TV competition ended on a major cliffhanger that would determine the finalists hoping to win the grand prize.

On the firing line at the penultimate roundtable were Danielle Reyes (Traitor) and Ivar Mountbatten (Faithful). After a season full of alliances and traitor-on-traitor fighting, “The Traitors” Season 3 has revealed its winner(s).

The Season 3 finale picked up after last week’s tense roundtable, which saw suspicion on traitor Danielle Reyes begin to build. Despite Reyes just reconnecting with “Big Brother” co-star Britney Haynes and recruiting her to be her fellow traitor, Haynes turned her back on Reyes by voting her out the roundtable, leaving Reyes to be banished and reveal her true identity as a traitor.

Haynes was revealed as the winner of the seer challenge, and invited former “Bachelorette” Gabby Windey to a private dinner where Windey revealed her identity as a faithful. Haynes decided to play it safe, and next morning, told the remaining players — Dylan Efron, Dolores Catania and Ivar Mountbatten — that Windey was a faithful.

Banijay Group, the listed company which comprises film and TV production, distribution, live entertainment and gaming, posted record results for 2024 which reached €4.8 billion (5.2 billion).

Banijay’s adjusted Ebitda was also up by 22% to €900 million ($971 million), and saw an acceleration in the last quarter with 32.8% spike, while adjusted net income also rose by 29.3% at current currencies to €418 million.

Banijay’s French-headquartered TV production and distribution division, which is behind hits including “Survivor” and “Peaky Blinders,” and the live entertainment division, posted flat results of €3.3 billion ($3.5 billion). Content production revenue in 2024 stood at €2.6 billion ($2.8 billion), down 2.8% compared to 2023. The last quarter of 2024 was up 6.2% thanks to major scripted show which were delivered at the end of the year.

In unveiling its results, Banijay said 2024 was a though year for the TV content industry as “major streaming platforms reduced their spending and prioritized their return to profitability, primarily impacting premium English scripted content.

Big Brother alum Mike “Boogie” Malin has reportedly been arrested again.

This time, Malin was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at a Cvs pharmacy.

The Burbank Police Department stated that Malin was arrested on January 29.

According to a report from TMZ, officers were sent to multiple Cvs Pharmacy locations in the San Fernando Valley after an incident at one location.

A Cvs employee reportedly told the police that he confronted Malin outside one store and told him to pay for items he had allegedly stolen.

TMZ reported that Malin allegedly returned to the store and placed items on the ground before driving away.

The department is said to have then dispatched officers to other Cvs stores, knowing that suspects often try to shoplift at multiple locations of the same store.

Malin’s unoccupied vehicle was then reportedly found running outside another Cvs, where he was accused of stealing alcohol and energy drinks.

Peacock's Emmy-winning competition series The Traitors is gearing up for its third season of lies, betrayals, and cloaks. Due out on Jan. 9, 2025, with three back-to-back episodes, the Season 3 cast features a lineup of familiar faces from reality TV shows like Survivor, Big Brother, The Bachelor, and The Real Housewives, plus a Hollywood actor, a British Royal, and a WWE Wrestler.

Just like the first two seasons, the new installment will take place in the Scottish Highlands with Alan Cumming back as the impeccably dressed host. The Challenge Season 41 filming is underway for MTV episodes, with daily challenges and eliminations.

While the upcoming season’s title and format are unknown, online spoilers reveal which cast members are competing and headed home after the eliminations.

In Season 40, viewers saw a Battle of the Eras theme featuring only veteran cast members who have appeared in multiple seasons of the show.

Some were multi-time champions looking to add to their resumes. That was the case for the season winners Jordan Wiseley, Jenny West, and Rachel Robinson, who added another win to their career achievements.

Season 41 appears to have a much different theme from Season 40 because there are 16 rookies and 16 vets. As of this writing, at least two vets and one rookie are out of the competition.
