I love shows from the fifties and sixties, but this really was an effort, after an exhausting introduction it takes ages to get going, and when it does it truly is a disappointing watch. There is nothing wrong with old footage, or less then great camera work, but this is too raw, in a way that is distracting to watch. The acting was a little too wooden to cope with, Frank Silvera was watchable enough. It's only short, so you'll be able to get through it, I wouldn't recommend a second watch. 4/10
A very amateurish but good-natured lark shot on half a shoestring with much of the dialogue obviously post-synced, about a husband & wife team of amateur sleuths whose paths cross that of a trio of diamond smugglers.
It's actually well photographed by director Victor Komow, and the principal (and meanest looking) bad guy is played by Frank Silvera, who at about the same time was also making amateur films with a kid called Stanley Kubrick. When it came to actually creating a finished film out of what he'd shot Komow was obviously far less ambitious than Kubrick was even at that tender age.

Fools Rush In also known as Death Tide is an independently produced low budget film. It has a duration of less than a hour.
Art Wilson is a photographer. Together with his wife Jean, they try to track down a trio of robbers who posed as photographers on a small boat.
Cunningly they used the boat to rob some diamonds at sea and then land in New York.
Art noticed something unusual about these guys when they took his taxi ride.
Although the police put out a reward, they are not interested in Art's story.
So the married couple take steps to investigate on their own.
The short film comes across as an amateur film production. There is a lot of narration and it takes a while to get going.
You have to applaud the cast and crew to get the movie completed. It is not that good as a comedy thriller and not well acted.
