NEW YORK -- IFP/New York on Tuesday unveiled the narrative lineup for its 2003 No Borders International Co-Production Market, one of the four main sections of the nonprofit organization's upcoming 25th Annual IFP Market, which runs Sept. 21-26. The object of the No Borders program -- founded in 1995 -- is to link experienced producers and scripts with domestic and international buyers, investors and agents. Of the 22 scripts it accepted this year, No Borders' highlights include 44-Inch Chest, the planned directorial debut of Sexy Beast screenwriters Louis Mellis and David Scinto; actor-helmer Steve Buscemi's latest directing project, Queer, based on two novels by William S. Also entering No Borders will be the Quay brothers and Emily Hubley, who are represented by two animated projects, and writer-helmer Derek Cianfrance, who won an award as director of photography on the indie feature Quattro Nozza at this year's Sundance Film Festival.
