Good things come to Darkest Dungeon II players who wait. And after a few months of waiting, the free Kingdoms game mode and “Inhuman Bondage” Dlc are now available for PlayStation Darkest Dungeon II players, with the Xbox One, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch releases coming soon.

To celebrate the launch, Darkest Dungeon II will be 33% off on PlayStation until March 26. Players can also take advantage of a 10% launch discount on the Inhuman Bondage Dlc. Alongside the Dlc comes Kingdoms and its first of three adventure modules, Hunger of the Beast Clan.

Kingdoms is a free game mode that introduces a fresh, reimagined structure alongside three adventure modules—starting with Hunger of the Beast Clan. Unlike the original Confessions mode, Kingdoms tasks players with defending the realm and a network of inns against powerful new enemy factions, including the ravenous beastmen. Two more adventure modules featuring new enemy factions are planned for release in 2025.

All of a sudden, the franchise can explore some of the world's most legendary locations, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Catacombs of Paris, and Mont Saint-Michel. The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon has visited all of these locations, culminating in one spectacular spinoff.

Daryl Dixon season 2, The Book of Carol, is the last season of the show set in France. Moving into season 3, the production switches locations to Spain. In a recent interview with Collider, our titular duo discussed working in France, and what about it was so unique.

"There's a poetic, artistic history to the locations that we're shooting in that adds a lot to the show, not just visually," Reedus explained. "There are lines in the show that talk about how we've survived these types of things before.

Red Hook Studios has announced its second Dlc for Darkest Dungeon II for release later this year in “Inhuman Bondage”. That’s in addition to the first of three thematic modules of a brand new game mode that’s also due later in 2024 as a free update.

With Inhuman Bondage, players will explore a long forgotten subterranean mini-region in The Catacombs to face a corrosive, oozing threat. This is a high risk, high reward region featuring a faction of new slime sodden enemies and new items, that will bring variety and challenge to both the original Confessions mode and the upcoming new Kingdoms mode.

In Elden Ring, there are dozens of optional dungeons and catacombs to explore for a variety of rewards. Some of these dungeons can be quite simple to complete, while others contain puzzles and labyrinth-type mazes to conquer. One of these dungeons is the Giants' Mountaintop Catacombs, which can disorient players by making them traverse similar sets of rooms multiple times in a row.

The Giants' Mountaintop Catacombs is the first dungeon the Tarnished will encounter on their way through the Mountaintops of the Giants. It is located just past the Zamor Ruins before crossing the first Great Chain Bridge. Once you have reached the dungeon entrance, a message will appear that states, "The Beast Eye quivers," letting the player know that a piece of Deathroot lies at the end of the catacombs.

Some of the Nes-era recreations that appear on Mossmouth’s UFO 50 are hampered by old-school conventions, like limited lives, or by the simple fact that they don’t really have tutorials. But that’s by design, and even a badge of honor, as they’re framed as the creations of a fictional company, UFOSoft, that developed games in the 1980s.

The main unifying element here is the concept of the titular fictional console, which means many games are sequels or spinoffs. And the staggering soundtrack, as a whole, may end up as the year’s best, punching up even the most rote genre exercises. Though the creators of UFO 50 have made it clear that this is a hefty collection (“These are Not minigames or microgames!”), the project’s scope doesn’t quite hit you until you’re looking at the main menu and 50 full-fledged games are staring back at you.

The familiar touchstones of summer shark horror are there in spades in French filmmaker Xavier Gens’ (Frontier(s), Cold Skin) Netflix feature Under Paris. Jaws and eco-horror collide as a Mako shark goes rogue right at the peak of summer’s busy season. An intense opening introduces scientist Sophia (Bérénice Béjo) as she and her team, including her lover, investigate a trash island out at sea. They find the carcass of a baby sperm whale trapped and starved by the debris, which then attracts sharks. That includes Lilith, a tagged female Mako that Sophia’s team has been tracking.

Long live Empire Pictures; sure, they shone briefly in the ‘80s before bankruptcy and a rebirth as Full Moon, but there was some real talent and joy in a lot of those films – case in point: Cellar Dweller (1988), a straight up monster movie with no pretense beyond gore and gratuitous nudity in a tidy 78 minute package.

Take out the credits and you’re left with around 70 minutes; certainly not unusual in Band’s world, as a lot of the films he turned out were done on the cheap and very quickly. But occasionally a real talent would stop by (Stuart Gordon comes to mind) and stretch the limited resources into something worth a look or two. Enter John Carl Buechler, the late, lamented, legendary fx artist and burgeoning director (Troll) who, in pure Band style, had to film this in 10 days with very little money and a severely truncated schedule.

The cast for "Django Unchained" continues to grow under the guidance of director Quentin Tarantino.

The latest actor to join the film is "Lost's" M.C. Gainey. He will play Big John Brittle, an overseer at Carrucan Plantation. The movie follows Jamie Foxx as the titular Django, a freed slave who becomes a bounty hunter and goes to track down his slave wife and liberate her from her evil plantation owner, played by Leonardo DiCaprio. "Django Unchained" also includes Christoph Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson, Gerald McRaney, Kurt Russell and Laura Cayouette in its cast.

No stranger to performing, Pink is honing her acting chops to star as free-spirited sex addict Dede in Thanks for Sharing. Pink (real name Alicia Moore), 32, did have a cameo in Charlie's Angels Full Throttle in 2003 and another small role in Catacombs in 2007, but this is the singer's first leading role. Spotted filming in New York City's West Village Tuesday, she is set to star alongside such pros as Gwenyth Paltrow, Mark Ruffalo and Tim Robbins. Her character shares a bond with Book of Mormon's Josh Gad, who, as Neil, is another of three characters undergoing 12-step treatment for sex addiction.

The new sex addiction comedy just got some rock cred.

Singer-songwriter Pink has joined the cast of "Thanks For Sharing," writer Stuart Blumberg's follow-up to his acclaimed screenplay for "The Kids Are All Right," according to The Playlist.

Blumberg will also be making his directorial debut with the story of three people who become unlikely friends while undergoing a 12-step treatment for sex addiction.

But this role is being trumpeted as her "first featured role on the big screen," so it will be a much bigger part for the singer. Sorry for the confusion. The Day is a suspense thriller shot in and around Ottawa, Ontario. The film is currently in post-production and the first teaser trailer for the film astounds. First, there is quiet and calm, but then mayhem and indiscriminate violence. The clip will definitely hook viewers, as a futuristic world is turned into a place of warfare.
