Featured review
This and almost 100 other shorts have recently been posted online at IMDb for viewing by people living in the States.
AUTOMATED ASSETS is a frustrating short film because it simply is too short. At only about two minutes long, you really want to see much more of these odd robots as they go about their jobs. I really appreciated the oddness of the robots--they looked more like real robots than some other sci-fi robots and the dialog between them was rather cute. However, as I stated above, there just isn't enough material here and I am sure they could have easily stretched the film out just a bit more. I sure know I wanted more.
