For starters, you get exactly what the title advertises: Nude women doing aerobics. As far as plot or the weird summary saying there's a "competition" there isn't any. Just naked ladies doing stretches and workouts. There is also an option watch the women do the work out fully clothed, should you choose that route. Tbf the routines do make for a good workout, however there is no specific instructions or count down or cool down. Each chapter immediately starts with a single woman or several women doing their assigned routine and do so the entire time until the next chapter begins.
Now as far nudity goes: you see every inch of these ladies as the camera pans around and zooms in and out. Sometimes the shots are great, other times the focus isn't the best (it is the 90s after all) or they zoom on their faces, limbs, etc. The dvd also includes a bonus scene for each chapter where you hit the menu button on your remote to when a blue symbol appears on screen. These scenes are from the main video, but they are slowed down and zoomed in, almost always exclusively on their very exposed vaginas. For lack of a better term, these are their money shots. While most of the video will sometimes be a little too out of focus or the women's hair gets in the way (again it's the 90s), these scenes give you a very good look at their vulva and labia during their stretches/work out.
As far as I can tell, most of these ladies only appear on this one video with nothing else credited to their name. I am shocked these ladies A) agreed to spend the whole video exercising and B) expose themselves so much for not having a career in adult films. As far as the women go, they are all attractively fit and consist of 2 blondes, 2 redheads and an Asian. Each has different sized and shaped "assets" both up top and down below.
It probably goes without saying but as a disclaimer there is zero sex or masturbation or interaction of any kind between the costars: they solely just do their assigned routines and nothing else. If that is a dealbreaker for you, then obviously skip this.
