I can't imagine a more laid back place on earth. So when the minister told them to slow down, they would have to be dead to do it justice. When someone decides to set up a band concert with the community band, it moves everyone to action. Trying to relax turns out to be worse than what they were doing..

Very consistently funny all the way through. Especially like the falling asleep in church, and Barney & Gomer bickering propping up the bandstand. Love the spider bite references by Gomer with Barney getting agitated. Clara (Hope Summers) is a marvelous pain in the neck with her whining "mildew". Funny bickering between her and Aunt Bee. Preacher says relax. Nobody listens, including himself.
