After writing the first draft, Tim Minear had to rewrite parts of the script to accommodate Wesley's arrival and Doyle's departure; the final scene on the rooftop was originally between Angel and Doyle.

Goofs
When breaking into Penn's apartment, Wesley tries to invite Angel in, only to have Angel tell him that he can just walk in to another demon's home without an invite. As a former watcher, Wesley would already know this and not have attempted the invite to begin with.
