Danny Blue puts eye drops into the bodyguard's drink and says "it's a natural laxative". This is pure Hollywood fiction and is incredibly dangerous in real life. The active ingredient, Tetrahydrozoline, is meant to be used topically and is not safe to ingest. It is also not a laxative in any sense of the word.
Ingestion can cause nausea, vomiting, difficulty breathing, rapid changes in heart rate, respiratory arrest, dangerous fluctuations in blood pressure, dangerously low body temperature, seizures, tremors, coma, and even death.
There are at least 2 known cases of murder-by-eye-drops (the death of Stephen Clayton, and the murder of Stacy Robinson Hunsucker), and eye drop manufacturers such as Visine have repeatedly cautioned the public against using their eye drops orally.
