Cops and Robbers

As this is the first series. The producers were always trying out new ways to convey the cons. The one here is a dog and a short con rendered as a silent movie.

Victor Maher is a former cop who specialized in catching grifters. He once collared Albert. Now Maher is head of security of a bank whose branches are getting robbed by Sam Richards.

Mickey Stone is forced to work for Maher to catch the bank robber in action. Maher has an incriminating video of Danny Blue involved in a robbery.

This is another character piece on Mickey. A martyr to himself when he could be getting help from his team. It is something Albert tells him to get MIckey to involve the gang.

Mickey also has a soft spot for Sam Richards, whose father was screwed over by the bank and they retained something valuable.

It is another fun packed episode. There are a series of short cons displayed here. One involves an appearance from David Walliams as a greedy assistant in a clothing boutique.
