Caballero takes suggestions for Lin Ye Tang's New Show

Another funny 90 minute episode with many great sketches.

First we see a coming attraction for a new movie called Double Love, about cross eyed lovers Sid Dithers and Karen Black (O'Hara). Bob and Doug talk about microwave ovens and back bacon.

There is a hilarious After School Special called Pepi Longsocks. It's a Bulgarian film with bad dubbing starring John Candy as very big school kid with great strength. Harry the guy with a snake on his faces talks about the dirty books in his library.

There is a great Sammy Maudlin Show with Bobby Bittman. After Bobby does a hilariously awful medley of love songs, he introduces his even less talented brother Skip (Moranis). The two get into an on air fight about Bobby's real name of Hershel.

Next is a movie of the week send up of Humoresque. It is called New York Rhapsody and features one of the more unusual musical guests, classical violinist Eugene Fodor. O'Hara plays Joan Crawford, complete with shoulder pads and dark eyebrows. Levy plays a singing dry cleaner in a commercial.

Lin Ye Tang introduces his Doorway To Hell show, with Moranis as a ventriloquist with a dummy who can talk by himself. They fall into Hell where they meet Judd Hirsch (an uncanny impression by Levy) playing his psychiatrist role from Ordinary People. Rick and Catherine appear in a commercial for the home game of Hollywood Squares, where they have to construct the whole TV set in their home. Guy then looks for suggestions on what to do on Doorway To Hell.

On Part 2, Tang and the ventriloquist and dummy meet an elevator operator (Candy) who keeps lying to them. Andrea Martin then appears as Greek singer Nana Mouskouri, famous for wearing glasses. She tours the world wearing different eye wear in each country. Candy appears as Kojak who takes Nana into custody.

Mayor Tommy Shanks discusses crime in Melonville. Part 3 has the trio meeting Caligula (Flaherty) and Levy and Candy as wisecracking centurions. A commercial for Gordon Lightfoot singing every song ever written is next.

Martin as Joyce de Witt has a commercial for half legs. The final scene is Guy being frightened by the talkative dummy.
