Goofs
When the female doctor shoots the VC she picks up the 1911 pistol. The gun is not cocked. You do hear a sound that sounds like the slide being racked. After she shoots you see the pistol is still not cocked. The 1911 is a semi-automatic, so the pistol would automatically re-cock itself. A second later the pistol is now cocked.
