Underoath have announced a new album titled The Place After This One, set for release on March 28th. The band has also released the new single “All the Love Is Gone.”

The Place After This One is the Florida band’s 10th album overall, and the follow-up to 2022’s Voyeurist. “All the Love Is Gone” follows a string of 2024 singles that will all appear on the LP, which features a guest appearance by Mastodon’s Troy Sanders on the song “Vultures.”

Guitarist Tim McTague stated of the new album, “The Place After This One is a multi-faceted idea. The fact that we grew up so sheltered and spiritual, and are trying to reconcile how we grew up against what we see now in the new age. Underoath, albeit intact and the same, is simultaneously so different.”

He added, “Our band has gone through a lot of chaos.

According to the Television Academy, the network was very concerned about Letterman’s teeth, and tried to force him to get dental surgery before shooting the pilot. Letterman refused, and convinced them to let him wear a dental insert instead.

As she reads it, she begins to see the similarities between it and their former relationship, unaware that the book serves as Edward’s ultimate revenge against Susan for the unforgivable, marriage-ruining act that she committed all those years ago.

Almost a year after Rooster Teeth, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Streaming & Interactive Entertainment, announced it was ceasing operations after 21 years, the digital content brand is staging a comeback.

Rooster Teeth co-founder Burnie Burns announced Wednesday that he has acquired “the Rooster Teeth brand and much of its remaining assets” through his independent company, Box Canyon Productions. The company has not responded to Deadline’s inquiry whether the acquired assets include the Rooster Teeth library and The Roost Podcast Network.

Along with the acquisition, Box Canyon revealed a 2025 slate, “including renewed production of some of the platform’s classic shows, a new original audio adventure Again, and an untitled reimagining of Burns’ first film The Schedule.”

The company would not elaborate on what shows are being revived. Some of Rooster Teeth’s most popular titles include Red vs Blue, Rwby and Gen:lock.

Last year, Rwby fans suffered a major blow when Rooster Teeth, the entertainment group responsible for the show's creation, announced that it was closing its doors. However, the company recently announced its official return, indicating hope for the franchise's future.

After nine long months offline, Rooster Teeth's official site has returned to the internet along with an explanatory press release. According to the notice, the company's "remaining assets" have been acquired by Burnie Burns, who co-founded Rooster Teeth in 2003 alongside Geoff Ramsey, Gus Sorola, Joel Heyman and Matt Hullum. Burns and his independent company, Box Canyon Productions, have taken sole ownership of Rooster Teeth, which was previously owned by Warner Bros. Consequently, there is also a chance that Rwby will see a renewal within the next few years.

The 2010s were pretty tumultuous for Charlie Sheen’s Two and a Half-Men, as following the lead’s departure in 2011, the sitcom’s future became uncertain. Although the inclusion of Ashton Kutcher as Sheen’s replacement would get things going for several more seasons, the show never reached its previous height without its original problematic lead at the center.

Made in collaboration with Brain, it’s titled Dookie Demastered and reworks each of the album’s 15 tracks to play on a variety of items that are obsolete, unconventional, or both. It ranges from nostalgic objects like Teddy Ruxpin and a Game Boy cartridge to outdated formats like the MiniDisc, HitClips, and 8-track to the utterly ridiculous Big Mouth Billy Bass. Bangladesh has picked writer-director Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury’s award-winning feature debut Boli (The Wrestler) as its selection to the 2025 Oscars in the best international feature film category. The movie won the 2023 Busan International Film Festival’s New Currents prize, and it was warmly received by critics at the Shanghai International Film Festival in June.

The movie follows an eccentric fisherman who resolves to beat the current local champion at Boli Khela, a traditional form of wrestling from Chattogram, Bangladesh’s second-largest city. Galeca: The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics unveiled nominations for their 2nd annual Dorian Theater Awards on Monday, March 13. Galeca’s 39-member theater wing decided this season’s crop of nominees, which honor the best of Broadway and Off-Broadway.

The nominations list is dominated by the current revival of “Merrily We Roll Along” and new play “Stereophonic.” Both productions netted six nominations a piece. In the case of “Merrily,” that tally includes bids for its Tony-nominated trio of stars: Jonathan Groff, Lindsay Mendez, and Daniel Radcliffe. “Stereophonic” managed one better with four members of its cast nominated in the same featured performance category: Will Brill, Eli Gelb, Tom Pecinka, and Sarah Pidgeon. The individual acting races at the Dorian Awards are gender neutral.

The Best Broadway Musical category features Tony Award nominees “Hell’s Kitchen,” “Illinoise,” “The Outsiders,” and “Suffs,” along with the closed David Byrne tuner “Here Lies Love” and soon-to-be closing “Lempicka.

Darren Criss will return to Broadway this fall in the new musical Maybe Happy Ending.

The musical features music by Will Aronson, lyrics by Hue Park, a book by Aronson and Park and direction by Michael Arden, who last directed Parade on Broadway. Criss will star opposite Helen J. Shen (The Lonely Few, Teeth) and Dez Duron (NBC’s The Voice), who will both be making their Broadway debuts.

Maybe Happy Ending will start previews at the Belasco Theatre on Sept. 18, ahead of an opening night on Oct. 17, 2024.

Nominations for the 39th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards were announced today by Amber Iman and George Abud, two stars of Broadway’s “Lempicka.” The Lortels honor outstanding achievement in Off-Broadway theater. The 2024 ceremony will take place on Sunday, May 5 at NYU Skirball Center. The Lucille Lortel Awards are produced by the Off-Broadway League and Lucille Lortel Theatre, with additional support provided by Tdf.

Warner Bros. is closing down Rooster Teeth, spelling uncertainty for several popular animated series, including Michael B Jordan's Gen:Lock, the iconic Red vs. Blue, and the anime-inspired series Rwby.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Rooster Teeth is being shut down after numerous unsuccessful attempts to sell off the company. Kanye West has reportedly replaced his teeth with titanium “teeth.”

Photos posted to his Instagram story showed the rapper with his mouth open with the custom titanium dentures.

The procedure cost West around $850,000 and was done by Beverly Hills dentist Thomas Connelly. Connelly, who is considered the father of diamond dentistry, has Offset, Chris Brown and Lil Yachty as celebrity clients.

The procedure is considered “experimental dentistry.” The teeth were reportedly designed by Kanye himself.

US producer Joyce Pierpoline is taking over as the second chair of Bafta North America’s board of directors, succeeding inaugural lead, Kathryn Busby.

Pierpoline is founder of New York and Paris-based Pierpoline Films, serves as chair of Bafta North America’s Film Committee and is co-founder of the Producers Guild of America’s Women’s Impact Network, which promotes gender equality in the industry.

Her production credits include Mediha, winner of the Grand Jury Prize at Doc NYC 2023 and Sundance 2007 premiere, Teeth.

At the end of "What We Do in the Shadows" season four, Guillermo (Harvey Guillén) makes the drastic decision to ask Derek (Chris Sandiford) to turn him into a vampire. Fed up after years of his master, Nandor (Kayvan Novak), ignoring his pleas, he decides to get it done himself.

But at the beginning of the show's fifth season - which premiered in July - we find out Guillermo's turning didn't work. Or it did work, but only a little bit. At the start of the season, it's been 16 days and the typical vampire powers haven't fully come in for him, which is highly irregular. Guillermo can still eat food (though he does crave very rare meat) and go out in the sun. He can't, however, turn into a vampire bat and fly away.

Over the course of the season, we ultimately find out why Guillermo's transformation didn't work.

Found footage horror evolves in an unexpected way: the Paramount horror movie series Paranormal Activity has a stage play in the works.

THR reports that “Simon Friend, the veteran producer who brought Life of Pi to Broadway, has picked up the license to the Paramount horror movie series with the intent of bringing it to the West End via his Simon Friend Entertainment.”

The stage play adaptation of Paranormal Activity is in early development and set to be penned by Levi Holloway, who previously wrote Grey House.

The 2007 found footage film that started it all, Paranormal Activity, was written and directed by Oren Peli. The microbudget feature, made on very little money, wound up grossing $193.4 million globally and successfully launched a franchise still going strong with Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin, most recently released in 2021 on Paramount+. The movies have grossed almost $900 million theatrically, THR reports.
