Featured review
An expressive figure from the cinema marginal director/writer Julio Bressane shares his views on cinema, his works and its importance in this strangely
peculiar short documentary, alongside comic legend Grande Otelo. The director shares many interesting points of view, both on his works and what he
considers the cinema to be as an art of imitation but not copy/steal (gotta agree with that notion, even though many films always seem to actually steal
material from other sources rather than borrowing it). Otelo is there to make some counterpoints to Bressane or make some reflections on whatever opinion
expressed by the director. Unusual small piece but fun to watch. 6/10.
