With 3D Copiers now this great little film is more relevant!

I am amazed that there is only one review of this already. It is very funny and Waly K Daly writes such great stuff! Haven't watched it in a while; I have an old VHS copy that I copied from tv on its only airing (I believe). Must watch again to see if it has dated at all. Great cast too.

    Time Slip

I listened to this as a radio play when I was 13, then on TV when I was 18. Utter brilliance!

I've just watched it again 34 years later and it hasn't lost any of its charm.

The audio and visual versions are nigh on verbatim.

As you watch, you can imagine the complications that not only the husbands go through but also what the wives would suffer.

It's funny, thoughtful and we'll conceived. Great how both wives have such a different idea about how they are going to deal with the situation.

If you haven't already had the pleasure, you can find both on YouTube.

The Giftie 1988 Time Slip Daly.

    • Crazy credits
The character/actor names for Paul (Richard O'Sullivan) and Frank (John Bird) were displayed three times in among the other cast, to reflect the fact that they have cloned themselves several times.
