Diane Ayala Goldner learned how to ride a motorcycle and took training on how to fire a gun in order to play Biker Queen.
In interview for Fangoria #277 director John Gulager and others mentioned how in the script and original filming plans the female biker gang members were supposed to lose all their clothes almost immediately and would have been naked throughout second and third film. In the script this is what causes monsters to go after them due to their oversexed nature and would lead to various sexual scenes between them similar to the infamous monster rape of Harley Mom from first film, but even more graphic and over the top. Although actresses had no problems with nudity, filmmakers didn't want to upset residents of the town in which they were filming and who were very kind to them, so nudity and scenes between girls and monsters were changed and cut, but the part during autopsy where monster's penis ejaculates all over them was kept, and scene where monster rapes male character was added in third film as in-joke.
