Near the end, when Sam has killed Ryan, stabbed Katie and is confronting Greg, there's a quick snippet of what looks like Sam being smashed in the head with a flower vase. But, who did it? It doesn't show. The only one near them is Katie but she is laying on the floor with a knife in her gut. Did the flower pot kill Sam? Guess we will never know.
