90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way - Reasons Why Shekinah May Be Playing Sarper (Not The Other Way Around)
Sarper's bad boy attitude and demands for weight loss raise red flags in his relationship with Shekinah on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Shekinah may have ulterior motives for staying with Sarper, such as using their relationship for reality TV fame and to expand her business. Clues, including her past reality TV appearances, suggest that Shekinah is the mastermind behind her appearance on the show and may be using Sarper for her own benefit.
Sarper Güven from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way may be a playboy, but Shekinah Garner could be playing him. The Turkish and American couple's romantic connection made viewers skeptical from day one. Their relationship seemed riddled with red flags. One of the biggest issues was Sarper’s self-proclaimed bad boy attitude, which became evident when he pushed Shekinah to drop extra pounds. The 43-year-old even got the scale out to measure Shekinah's weight loss progress after...

In 2008, a year after Keeping Up with the Kardashians first changed reality TV, The Millionaire Matchmaker came out. It was long before Netflix's experimental dating series hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey like The Ultimatum and Love Is Blind.
It featured The Millionaires Club, an exclusive millionaires' matchmaking agency run by host, Patti Stanger along with her assistants, married couple Destin Pfaff and Rachel Federoff.
The Bravo dating show was eventually canceled in 2015 and has since been ranked 4.5/10 on IMDb. In a featured review, a user gave the show a 2, saying it's "Very Offensive at Times!"
"Yes, I'm a liberal woman but I'm appalled by Patti Stanger and this show of setting up people for marriage," they commented. "Her clients are all superficial, lame, and vain."
They continued: "They all think highly of themselves and expect the same. The men or women who come to the social gatherings are nothing special.

Exclusive: The Queen’s Gambit co-creator Allan Scott has set his next project, the crossover drama from Millionaire Matchmaker star Patti Stanger and Kissing Booth producer Andrew Cole-Bulgin.
The as-yet-untitled scripted project, which isn’t attached to a network yet, will follow a young dating expert from a Jewish family of matchmakers navigating her way through 1970s New York City and New Jersey, as she seeks to turn her family trade into an empire.
Along with Sam Barlow project Minsky, the series represents one of the first major shows for Scott since he wrapped on Netflix smash The Queen’s Gambit, which he co-created with Scott Frank.
The Anya Taylor-Joy-starring hit took Scott and Frank 30 years to get commissioned but was one of the streamer’s most-watched of 2020, a successful gamble taken by Netflix’s UK-based scripted boss Anne Mensah.

The Kissing Booth producer Andrew Cole-Bulgin has joined forces with The Millionaire Matchmaker star Patti Stanger on a new scripted drama series. After departing Komixx, the production company behind the Netflix teen-romance trilogy, Cole-Bulgin has aligned with Stanger on a new series about a young dating expert from a Jewish family of matchmakers. “The Kissing Booth” producer Andrew Cole-Bulgin has departed Komixx — the production company behind all three instalments of the hit Netflix movies — to join forces with “The Millionaire Matchmaker” star Patti Stanger on a new scripted project.
The crossover drama series, in which a young dating expert from a Jewish family of matchmakers navigates 1970s New York City and New Jersey to turn her family trade into an empire, has strong auto-biographical resonance for Stanger, who is executive producer and star of Bravo’s “Millionaire Matchmaker.”
“Every dream has the ability to become a reality, it just needs someone to have that vision and belief of what it can become. When I met Andrew I knew he was that person.
