Last few episodes in particular are absolutely amazing... fight scenes are some of the best in the series, music is probably also my favorite out of all the volumes, and the way the tension steadily grows as the volume goes on is so well-done - the climax has so many layers to it, and keeps surprising you. The final monologue of the final episode is one of my favorite scenes in the entire series, it's so well-written.
The animation (especially in the last few episodes) is also incredible. I've always felt like no other show does fight scenes as well as RWBY does, and this volume is probably the one that best showcases that. Highly recommend :)

Following up the excellence of Volume 6, Volume 7 continues by giving us an interesting extended cast to interact with while our heroes venture through Atlas. Their fortunes seem to be finally reversing as they form an uneasy partnership with General James Ironwood who grants them huntsman licenses and a goal to work towards, but they are soon swallowed in the nation's political turmoil.
RWBY volume 7 sets up a massive theater for events to come. You get a new design for all of the characters as well as some upgrades and training to level up their skills and abilities. The brief flirtation with lightheartedness is cut short by the darker themes that come creeping back halfway through the seasons and raise the stakes back up and further than they were before.

RWBY Volume 7 is an absolute triumph in the world of animation. The characters we know and love are taken to new heights as they face their greatest challenge yet. The storytelling is top-notch, with a well-crafted plot and character development that keeps the viewer invested from start to finish.
The animation is breathtaking, with stunning fight scenes and intricate details that bring the world of RWBY to life like never before. The voice acting is superb, with each actor bringing their character to life in a way that feels authentic and true to the source material.
But what really sets RWBY Volume 7 apart is the depth of the themes explored. From political corruption to the dangers of technology, the show tackles complex issues with nuance and sensitivity, making it a must-watch for anyone who loves thought-provoking storytelling.
Overall, RWBY Volume 7 is a masterclass in animated storytelling, showcasing the very best that the medium has to offer. With its complex themes, stunning animation, and deeply moving narrative, this is a series that deserves a place among the greats of modern animation.

I started watching RWBY in 2014 ,I fell in love. BUT, this volume shows everyone's character development and it's truly heartwarming but I shed some tears , My fav volume.
This is by far the best volume of RWBY! It surpasses volumes 3 and 5, absolutely a thrilling experience. So much development for our favorite characters while also single handling getting me to love all the new ones. It was a great way to wrap all the characters from the previous volumes and getting them ready for the next trials to come. This is also the volume where I have more favorite characters than just Weiss. There's Neopolitan, Ironwood, and Penny, such fantastic characters with beautiful but also tragic stories. I'm so glad they are carrying on Monty Oum's story and legacy! Can't wait for the future volumes!!
