Shaina West performed all of her own stunts during the filming of "JADE".
Marcus Aurelio, and Marcus Vinicios Maciel are actually real life brothers and members of the legendary martial arts academy Axe Capoeira which boasts schools all over the world. Marcus Aureilio holds a record for a 20 second capoeira/MMA knock out in the cage with a single kick.
To keep with her action roots on the hit superhero WB series "ARROW", Katherine MacNamara wasn't to be outdone on the "JADE" set, as she performed her own stunts with her scene fight partner, retired UFC/MMA star Keith Jardine.
Mark Dacascos, and the film's director James Bamford have fought each other on screen on several occasions including the television adaptation of "The Crow" of which Mark was the lead.
James Bamford served as Mickey Rourke's stunt double on the film "GET CARTER" in which Mickey starred opposite Sylvester Stallone of Rocky fame.
