Gen's Guiltless Gourmet

If you want a cooking show with a new look and something new for your palate, this is the show for you. The food is different, the host is unique and the look is fun and fantastic. Gen is a cook that not only cares about the food, she cares where the food comes. Earth and it's bounty are what we experience in her show. We learn how to use sustainable food options and make them delicious. Plus she always throws in a delicious cocktail to go with the feast. The food seems different at first, but you have to try it. Gluten free cake with lactose free whipped creme is quite divine. And as a girl who likes clothes, I like to see the different outfits Gen wears on the show. Gen looks like the modern Stepford wife, but she is in charge and runs the show-Awesome! Can't wait for the next season!

I love Gen and I love Guiltless Gourmet. It's so hard to balance eating healthy and eating great food. The fact that she shows that both are possible AND how to do it is fantastic. Not to mention the fact that she's a total hottie.

If you like cooking and you want to eat healthy, this show is a no-brainer. Her recipes aren't overly complicated, which is great for me as someone who doesn't really have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. I also really appreciate that she has great tips that can be applied to cooking in general, not just to individual recipes, such as: be sure to use non-hydrogenated margarine when you cook.

We need more shows like Gens . Gen does a great job teaching people to eat healthy since 2/3 third's of the USA is obese. She offers great alternatives to fatty unhealthy foods, and she does it with a great smile.I tried her recipes and with amazing results. I never thought the healthy way would be so tasty with easy to follow recipe's. Her healthy desserts are amazing with hardly any fat.We all can learn to eat healther watching her show.It would be great to see the show with outdoor locations and shopping at health food stores.The show has a colorfull kitchen with great lighting. Looking forward to another season of Gens cooking show.

I love watching food shows (Top Chef, No Reservations) and cooking shows (Everyday Italian) and I like to cook (although I'm not very good at it). Problem is, I want to cook healthy food -- little or no saturated fat, no cholesterol, only non-fat dairy, no cheese. Which means I tend to make bland, uninspiring meals. But not anymore! Gen's Guiltless Gourmet shows you how to make delicious meals that won't clog your arteries or thicken your gut. The recipes are easy to make, and very clearly demonstrated by the lovely chef / hostess, Gen Anderson. If more people prepared food the way Gen does, we wouldn't have such terrible problems in this country with obesity and heart disease. Anyone who wants to improve their health and still eat great food should watch this show!
