Just like in another Wrong movie where a character constantly plays with his glasses to the point of distraction, Danielle's outfits were very odd. Not only for the movie, but for her tv profession of being a real estate agent. Once was strange, but in multiple scenes, it's bizarre.
Not going to rehash the plot because as a Wrong movie watcher, you probably already have an idea of what will happen. Danny and Danielle...could that BE any more cringey? I said that in Chandler Bing's voice. They had zero chemistry especially when they were remembering their romance. I kept hearing "Danny" and thought it was a nickname for Danielle before I realized that was the psycho's name. She had slightly better chemistry with Todd, but just barely.
There are no surprises here. Well, it's always great when Eric Roberts shows up. At first I thought Vivica was Danielle's boss, so the school parts confused me. The script wasn't all that clear.
I mean, there's really not much to say. It's your typical Wrong movie. One good thing is that Danielle wasn't as naive and gullible as a lot of the other Wrong protags (male and female). I had to watch it twice because I got bored the first time. A couple of weeks ago, The Wrong Blind Date aired and that was better.
I guess the only difference is Vivica says her trademark line twice in this one.
Also now that I've seen it, Old Flames Never Die is a better movie (just aired a week after this) with a very similar plot.

This had an interesting plot, but the script and acting was really bad, like, really, really bad. Also, there was NO chemistry between the female lead and the two males. I found it hard to believe why Danny was so obsessed with Dani. Also, Dani's wardrobe looked straight out of Fashion Nova. What real estate agent walks around in nothing but a blazer with nothing underneath?
This movie was on par with all of the movies in the series, but I love them! It's about a high school sweetheart obsessed with reuniting with his first love. It starred all my favorites: Vivica A Fox, Eric Roberts, Tracey Nelson. I do agree with the other reviewer that the lead character was literally wearing blazers with no skirt or pants. There would be no way anyone could wear those blazers as a dress without showing all their cash and prizes lol.
Includes the usual suspects, both quirky, Viveca Fox and Eric Roberts. You'll be glad to know Danielle does own a pair of pants despite oddly wearing 3 blazers as dresses in the first half of the movie. Danny is a won't take no for an answer pain in the ass. Typical Lifetime movie.
I am 60 minutes into this movie, and I can't take it anymore. The acting is horrible. The storyline is decent, but it is dragging on too long. Also, what is up with Dani's wardrobe. Several times she looked to be wearing a long blazer with no paints or skirt. It looked odd. Anyway, this movie is so boring I really don't care to continue watching it to see how it ends.

- TriviaThis movie airs in the UK as Deadly Reunion.
- GoofsThe first time Danny shows up at the house Dani is trying to sell, he says he just happened to come across it and didn't know she was the agent selling it. Dani doesn't challenge that. But in an earlier scene (and in a later one) there is a shot of the "For Sale" sign with her name in big letters at the top of the sign. She knew what the sign looked like, so she would not have believed that he didn't know who the selling agent was. But she accepted what he told her as true.
