This show is great. Funny, clever and educational. Two main characters are great and remind of classic spy characters. My kids love it. I even love watching it. Very clever. Hoping for Season 2.
My brother is so obsesed with this show he binged it 30+ Times now the song FACT FILE is stuck in my head it dosent act like kids are idiots and is like a detective show recomend it for 8 and below.
The Creature Cases is another in Netflix's long line of preschool shows, and if you or your child are fans of Octonauts, you will like this.
The series focuses on Sam Snow, a snow leopard, and Kit Casey, a fox, who are agents for CLADE, the Covert League of Animal Detective Experts. This series chronicles the pair's missions, given by their boss, Director Scratch, cracking mysteries centered around animals and what happened.
This is a great series. Aside from Sam and Kit, the series has memorable characters like Bill and Jill, the Mice Squad who serve as the ones who find the missions for the duo, as well as at the end of each episode, have a segment called Fact File talking about an animal in said episode (which is like Octonauts' own Creature Report segment), and the Stinkwells, twin skunks who make the pair's gear (and serve as an occasional fart joke, which thankfully, is kept to one per appearance). The voice acting is well done, and the stories are full of action as well as comedy, making this a neat edutainment show for little ones.

There are so many kids shows to count on Netflix and most of the kid's shows aimed at preschool children only got my interest once I discovered The Creature Cases.
The character designs are mostly cute. Two of the designs that really got my attention are Sam Snow and Kit Casey. I really love how the creators of Octonauts made those characters and they looked really good. But it's not just the character designs of Sam and Kit that really got my attention it is actually the bond between those two characters. Not only did they both work together in C. L. A. D. E. But they absolutely share the same bond with one another and show they mostly treat each other. Plus they are absolutely relatable. Most notable are Kit Casey who is sometimes a sloth who takes things dirty and Sam Snow who sometimes takes things organized and clean. They have a really good relationship and it almost has the Nick and Judy vibe from Zootopia but both predators with different subfamilies
However, as with the usual preschool show the story is just okay I guess. Obviously, there are no fight scenes or arresting animals but at least I get to learn more about the facts files of the animals although it's pretty repetitive all the time. And I get interesting characters like Wally who looks more like a comic relief character Barb the scorpion who has the tough girl look and is almost reminded of Miss Tarantula from The Bad Guys and finally Roxy Raider the raccoon who would have been such an interesting villain character and she has potential to return on future seasons.
The Creature Cases may look like it's just another preschool show that is all about solving cases but this absolutely a really cute show to watch and the relationship between Sam and Kit really carried it.

My boys (5, 3 and almost 2) love this show! They laugh, learn facts and enjoy the stories.
I agree with another poster saying it's like octonauts. And we love that show too! And puffin rock.
The only thing that was confusing at first was the "Fact file" song at the end. I thought they were saying "Zack final" for the longest time and I couldn't understand what in the world it was supposed to be cause I knew I was hearing it wrong. 😂 now I can hear the " fact file" words, but it took looking it up to figure it out. I guess I have terrible hearing.
Anyways! It's a fun show for sure.

- TriviaDuring each closing sequence, one sees, for an instant, Bill and Jill with non-glamoury black sunglasses. That is during a sequence where they are putting on their silver reflective sunglasses to prepare for dance. In other words, they wear sunglasses under their sunglasses.
