Maxie's Silent Partner

Professor Crayton finds himself homeless and is invited to temporarily stay at Maxine's house. However his fussiness annoys everyone else including Maxine.

As Maxine has money problems she considers selling her campus boarding house to a property developer. Mr Sutton has already been purchasing properties in the vicinity hence why Professor Crayton had to find somewhere temporarily.

With the students living with Maxine facing potential homelessness. Mrs Green does some sums and decides to come in as a silent partner. She will invest her savings for half ownership of the boarding house.

I thought the episode would have worked better if Crayton annoying everyone would have happened immediately. With Mrs Green's solution comin up later.
