First, this is not an idol drama, so there is not too much love scene, which is great. Second, the drama already mentioned that all the psychological counseling cases in the TV series are artistically stylized for visual presentation purposes. It is funny to compare the TV series to actual psychological treatment because the purpose of this TV series is to remind people to pay more attention to their mental health, and let you know you can seek for help from professional psychologist if you needed.

In my opinion, I think this drama cured me in some ways, including release pressure and not to overthink problems. I had some similar experiences as those characters in the drama too, and this drama definitely let me to rethink about the problem and makes me feel better.

BTW this drama is not perfect because I think some of the scary atmosphere and storyline is redundant...

But I still recommend this drama to people just because this remind people to care more about themselves and their mental health. Things will always get better.

Tell terrible stories with good background. Psychologist apparently doesn't work like that. Yang Zi's performance is not satisfied. The clients cannot be pacified by a poker face.

The show was made with heartful thoughts, realistic cases that could happen to real, ordinary people. Every character acts well. A serious piece of work. No fooling audience. It tries to bring positive effects rather than soly creating dramatic conflicts purposely to attract eyes. It is a worth of watching this year. One of the shows that make you feel warm and positive.

This play has the advantage that its subject matter is very good but good subject matter does not mean that the overall quality of this play is good For example the lines plots and acting skills of the leading actors are its shortcomings.

It portrays many real life concerns and psychological disorders. A really good drama to increase society awareness about mental health issues, what psychologists do and what therapy is about. Need more great movies like this!!

As a psychologist myself, I can definitely relate and get what the author is trying to portray. Just some side note though, the pace of therapy session in real life and how individuals problems were solved in reality are definitely much slower and in details compared to as shown in the movie. The drama picked the key points to make it more interesting.
