A couple’s weekend getaway with their parents takes a supernatural turn in The Parenting, an amusing horror adventure directed by Craig Johnson (Wilson, Alex Strangelove) from a screenplay by Kent Sublette (Saturday Night Live). The film, which bows on Max on March 13, is low on genuine scares, but it does boast an appealing cast, whose comic chops elevate the flick slightly above the standard streamer slush.
Rohan (Nik Dodani, Atypical and Twisters) and Josh (Brandon Flynn, 13 Reasons Why and Manhunt), a sweet couple, are nervous to meet each other’s families. On the drive up to a beautiful countryside mansion, which they have rented for the low cost of $350 a night, the two trade tips and secrets on making the best impression. It’s mostly Rohan trying to prepare his boyfriend for his uptight and judgmental parents. But Josh, a former employee at Rei and aspiring musician, is unfazed.

The following contains major spoilers for NCIS: Sydney Season 2, Episode 5, "Shucked," which debuted Friday, March 7 on CBS.
NCIS: Sydney Season 2, Episode 5, "Shucked" takes a while to get where it's going, but the episode is worth the wait. The CBS spinoff finds its groove in a story about human trafficking that allows the personalities of its characters to shine through. Sometimes, the Australian series feels more like a generic crime drama that happens to have the NCIS acronym attached to it; this is an installment that would fit right in amongst the original NCIS episodes.
"Shucked" starts out with the murder of Petty Officer Rueben Daniels, but evolves into a plot about smuggled abalone, and then a story about human trafficking in a strip club. The ultimate conclusion may not surprise anyone who's watched this franchise regularly, but there are enough moments that turn things left instead of right that audiences will be entertained.

2025 has just begun and so many movies have already made an impact on audiences. With the rise in horror movies like Companion and The Monkey and a new addition to the MCU, Captain America: Brave New World, 2025 has already solidified itself as a fascinating year for movies. Mirroring previous years in writing, direction, and overall cinematic spectacle, 2025 promises a variety of films that will inspire audiences for years to come.
It's usually assumed that films released in the earlier months of the year may not capture as much attention or acclaim as later releases. This has been disproved with 2024 releases Dune: Part Two, released on March 1, and Challengers, released on April 26. As the Winter months dwindle and Spring brings about warm weather and new releases, movie-goers are excited to see this lineup of films appear on the big screen.

The latest episode of FBI started off with a shooting that appeared to be targeted towards a trial of a mafia leader. However, when the US Marshal, Brad Kimble, who escaped the shooting unharmed, was later found shot and killed, it was determined he had been a suspect all along. How was his death connected to a friend of Scola’s who passed away just a few years earlier?
When the team looked into Brad Kimble, they learned he had been a staff member at the Cornwall Military Academy, which was where Scola attended school. Nina Chase also arrived from the Task Force unit in order to help the team look for their suspect.
At first, they thought they found one in Grant Warren. While he had swatted Kimble after having see him on the subway, he didn’t actually commit the murder. He then told Scola and Nina that...

Nicole Kidman starred in Frank Oz’s version of The Stepford Wives in 2004, so it’s understandable why she wouldn’t tolerate living another picture-perfect life that rots from the inside out. It’s taken years of development, but a trailer for Kidman’s new Hitchcokian thriller, Holland, is here. The film finds Kidman’s character, Nancy Vandergroot, living a cookie-cutter lifestyle as a school teacher in Holland, Michigan, where quaint interactions, dancing, and frivolity reign. However, it is not as it seems after Nancy uncovers a dark secret that threatens the safety of her routine lifestyle.
The plot for Holland is a wild one. It “involves secrets that lurk beneath a Midwestern town with a Hitchcock bent.” According to the film’s description, a dark secret causes Nancy’s life in Holland, Michigan, to unravel. “It may seem like we have everything together, but right under that surface, it...

Has FBI just given Maggie a possible new love interest? The cards seem to play out that way!
Caution: This article contains Spoilers for FBI Season 7 Episode 12
FBI fans know Maggie (Missy Peregrym) lost her husband, a reporter who was murdered for getting too close to a scandal before the series began. She's been pretty focused on the job since she hasn't had much time for romance.
In "Manhunt," the team worked with tech analyst Elise Taylor (Vidette Lim) to bust a sex trafficking ring. The sting went badly with the suspect running off with the young girl he was planning to sell, Analis.
Maggie barely lost them and vowed to find Analis. She got a break when a 911 dispatcher named Joel reached out to the FBI as Analis had managed to contact him. Joel would help the team over the phone, as they played the traffickers off each other to find Analis.

Rockstar Games is now associated with groundbreaking open-world experiences, from the streets of Grand Theft Auto to the beautiful wilderness of Red Dead Redemption 2. However, lurking in the shadows of their successes is one game that needs a bit more love from fans: Manhunt.

Although the Grand Theft Auto series by Rockstar has long been criticized for its ludicrous and frequently unsettling portrayals of extreme but realistic situations, it also uses the justification that it is a parody. However, it is nothing in front of Manhunt. This game took a chance by heavily relying on the most mature aspects of the same world after the high-profile controversy that followed Grand Theft Auto 3‘s success in the early 2000s.

Exclusive: Tobias Menzies has joined the ensemble of Ruben Östlund’s next film The Entertainment System is Down. Sources say he replaces Joel Edgerton who had to part ways with the film due to scheduling conflicts. Menzies joins a cast that includes Keanu Reeves, Kirsten Dunst, Nicholas Braun, Samantha Morton and Daniel Brühl. A24 is handling domestic distribution.
The film is another social satire from the director that is set on a long-haul flight where the entertainment systems fail, and an eclectic group of international passengers are forced to face the horror of being bored.
The project will be Östlund’s second English-language film and seventh feature after The Guitar Mongoloid (2004), Involuntary (2008), Play (2011), Force Majeure (2014), The Square (2017) and Triangle of Sadness (2022). The last two of these won the director the Palme d’Or in Cannes, meaning he is one of only a handful of filmmakers to have won the accolade twice.

The police procedural may be a staple of network TV, but it's finding new life on streaming, as Criminal Minds: Evolution has found a welcome home on Paramount+. The original Criminal Minds aired on CBS for 15 seasons, while Criminal Minds: Evolution will be going into its third season. It brought back favorite characters such as David Rossi (Joe Montegna), Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster), Jennifer “J.J.” Jareau (A.J. Cook), Luke Alvarez (Adam Rodrigeuz), and Dr. Tara Lewis (Aisha Tyler). Will Lamontagne, Jr. (Josh Stewart) was also among the Criminal Minds: Evolution cast, though he didn't return for season 2.

Warning: The following post contains discussions of suicide. When actor Anthony Boyle was growing up in West Belfast, Ireland, in the early 2000s, and attending school in the Falls Road area, he would drive past towering murals of Irish Republican Army leaders and hunger strikers like Brendan Hughes and Bobby Sands. “I was very aware of [Hughes] as a person, and people would sing songs of him,” Boyle says, in a recent Zoom interview. The brutal history of the turbulent sectarian conflict known as Troubles seeped into his consciousness at an early age. As a raw and recent history, it was inescapable. “I grew up in a place where there are 18-foot walls running through the city separating people,” he says. Now, Boyle is playing that Ira leader, Brendan Hughes, in a new FX series, Say Nothing, now on Hulu, that explores life in turbulent Northern Ireland during the decades-spanning paramilitary conflict.

While most people know the name John Wilkes Booth and can identify him as Lincoln's assassin, Manhunt goes deeper than the history books, focusing on the less-recognized people who helped track down and capture Booth. For fans of this historical miniseries, there's a four-season AMC show that explores another key moment in American history and is a story that has not been told before.

In 2003, while riding high on the success of GTA 3 and Vice City, the studio released a game that would make even their most controversial titles look tame by comparison. This wasn’t just another sandbox crime simulator—it was something far darker, more disturbing, and according to some former employees, crossed a line that many weren’t comfortable with.
