Maggie Elizabeth Jones and Carrie Walrond Hood also appear as mother and daughter in the award-winning 2010 short "The Party." It is by coincidence they were cast again in the same roles. There was no production connection between the two films and the fact that the two actresses already knew each other was unapparent to the producers.
