She originally filed suit several years ago, fought all the way to a supreme court decision based on US First Amendment Rights against Ryan Murphy Productions and FX. Ms. DeHaviland's appeal was shot down in the US Supreme Court in late 2018, but she has filed an appeal.
So here we sit, waiting for release of this set on Blu-Ray disc in October 2019. We are, however, allowed to purchase it from the studio on cable television (Comcast) at nearly $3/episode.
