    Contrived story

Most Taiwanese serials are worth watching but Netflix wasted its investment on this. The story, centred around nine university school mates, is contrived and unrealistic. The acting is cringy and we have a female and male lead that are just super annoying. There is a cancer patient who is supposedly close to dying but looks nowhere near it. Many characters are not well developed and even if they have a narrative, it's all over the place. This is one good example of how a lousy script can make a mess of everything even if the cast is good. This drama is totally an insult to its audience. Don't waste your time.

Such a Wonderful and Amazing Show Portraying Complex Human Emotions

I came across this show on Netflix and decided to watch it. I am glad I did. This is one gem of a show. The leading characters have amazing chemistry. The supporting cast is also great. I was pleasantly surprised. The depth of emotions that the characters portray along with the situations they find themselves in is truly amazing. Even in the scenes where the lead characters bicker with each other, it comes off with sincerity and you can see all ranges of emotions handled very well. The show is heavy sometimes and sometimes it is funny, it covers a wide range of emotions with finesse.

Thanks to this show I got introduced to some amazing actors. Both Annie Chen and Liu Kuan-Ting are amazing actors. I am so impressed that this is the first time I am writing a review after watching on 4 episodes of a show. This is one Gem of a show and I have high hopes going forward.

    Dragged Out Love Story

This came up as a suggestion on my Netflix. What kept me watching this series was the leading male Kuan-Ting Liu who was perfectly cast for this role. Known as The Drum Stick Guy, he was in love with his college girlfriend for 4 years but on the last day of college saw his best friend kissing her (he was pulling a prank that went wrong), and he was so hurt that he left without knowing it was a prank, and didn't run into his old girlfriend for 8 years. Kuan-Ting Liu brings much comical humor to the show that it was worth watching. I especially liked his planned ending in the last episode, but the leading female took it too far and dragged it out so much, both during the middle of the series and including the ending that I only gave it 7 stars. Will definitely watch and hope for more Kuan-Ting Liu in the future.

    Worst female lead

This show was so good except for the absolutely terrible female lead character. She's a terrible person that is selfish and conniving and just opens her stupid mouth without a thought in her head. I feel bad that this really touching story and cast was ruined by her. They were all right to call her a princess because she was just such a nightmare entitled brat. She humiliated her "best friend" in front of all their friends just to make herself look like a Saint. She gets them all screaming at her and has the nerve to say "did i do the wrong thing again?" Uh, yes, you suck. Please die. I'm confused if she was supposed to be the good guy in this story because she was the villain. I really hated her and wanted her to just end up alone with her horrible self as company. So annoying. I tried not to hate the actress for playing such a terrible character but looking at her stupid deer in the headlights face all the time was almost too much to bear.
