After TV actress Neha Marda got hospitalised due to pregnancy-related complications, her team posted pictures of the ‘Balika Vadhu’ actress on her Instagram handle in which she is in her hospital bed undergoing treatment.

Along with pictures, her team also shared health updates in the caption and mentioned: “Waiting for a speedy recovery at this last phase of her pregnancy journey….She has all faith on that one power..Shri Shivay Namstyuvhyam.”

“If someone above the age of 50 years is starting to go to the gym, then it may be better to get yourself checked by a cardiologist or do a stress test,” said Dr Tilak Suvarna, Senior Interventional Cardiologist, Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai.

“Avoid overdoing any exercise. Moderate exercise is good enough to reduce your risk of a heart attack,” he said, adding that work out should be immediately stopped if one “gets symptoms of chest pain or shortness of breath or light-headedness while working out.

TV actress Avika Gor says the positioning that beauty creams have created over a period of time is that fairness is equivalent to beauty. However, she does not agree with it.

Avika, who is known for her work in shows such as "Balika Vadhu", "Sasural Simar Ka" and "Khatron ke Khiladi", did not accept endorsement deals from three fairness cream brands. She says society cannot idolise one colour.

Actor Sidharth Shukla's character Agastya in the upcoming web series "Broken But Beautiful 3" is a complicated man stuck between love and everything that comes with it. It is a character, the actor says, he could relate to on a personal level.
