Summary
Reviewers say 'Crew' balances comedy and drama, highlighting themes of friendship and love. Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon are praised for their charm and chemistry. The film offers light-hearted humor, though not always laugh-out-loud. Critics point out a predictable plot, pacing issues, and illogical scenes. Heist elements feel underdeveloped, and the blend of comedy and drama is inconsistent. Despite these flaws, 'Crew' is seen as an entertaining one-time watch, thanks to its engaging performances and enjoyable moments.

As someone eagerly anticipating Crew, I had high hopes for an exhilarating heist comedy. However, the film never quite reaches its full potential. Despite featuring a star-studded cast and a promising concept, it struggles to soar due to its lackluster execution.
One aspect that shines is the trio of leading ladies. Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon dazzle on screen with their charm and elegance, injecting life into their characters. Their performances add some much-needed flair to the movie, masking some of its flaws. Additionally, Director Rajesh A. Krishnan's signature absurd humor, reminiscent of "Lootcase," brings occasional chuckles, though it's not enough to compensate for the film's shortcomings.
The crux of the issue lies in the narrative's inability to sustain momentum. While the first half promises excitement and intrigue, the second half disappointingly falls flat. Predictable plot points and lack of depth leave much to be desired, ultimately failing to deliver the anticipated thrills.
**To sum it up:** Crew is a visually appealing but ultimately forgettable film. While it may serve as a pleasant diversion for those seeking star power and a light-hearted storyline, it falls short of delivering the gripping heist comedy it initially promises. Disappointment awaits those expecting a more captivating and surprising cinematic experience.

A predictable plot, lighthearted screenplay, and an illogical second half overshadowed by the charm that three ladies bring to the screen; keep your brain aside to watch it for them and nothing else. There are some references to Tabu and Kareena's previous works, blink and you'll miss these. Diljit Dosanjh was wasted in the film, anybody could have played that role.
If you're going in expecting a proper heist film, this isn't for you. You can't take the heist seriously without logic, and you can't watch this film with logic. Watch it for Tabu, Kareena and Kriti; perhaps run it in the background.

Rajesh A Krishnan's Crew comes across as a much needed breadth of fresh air amidst the propaganda and heavy action films. It is a delight to watch three actresses from different schools of acting coming together and having a blast. Particular mention must be made of Tabu and Kareena Kapoor. Kareena Kapoor Jasmine is someone who is unapologetically greedy and does not mind presenting herself as rich, at the same time there is a big loneliness underneath her fiesty nature. Kareena Kapoor does a brilliant job in portraying the different shades, Tabu's Geetha is caught between dreams and responsibilities and Tabu is her usual brilliant self. Kriti Sanon is also fairly good particularly in the scenes where her character has to show the moral dilemmas. There is a strong sense of sisterhood with some crackling chemistry. The men are also good in spite of the limited screen time. Diljit Dosanjh is so charming as the customs officer smitten with Kriti Sanon's character. KapiI Sharma as Tabu's husband spreads so much warmth. Khulbushan Kharbanda is also solid as Kareena's grandfather.
A roughly predictable story line but I wasn't one to complain because these 3 ladies looked absolutely amazing in every scene. There were many instances where I burst out laughing.
Kareena with her charm, Tabu who looks simply amazing & Kriti with her youthful charisma.
In the midst of all that comedy, it also showcases the life of air stewards and it's not always a bed of roses and the extent a woman would go to achieve her dreams, fend for her family and get what she wants.
If you're looking for a feel good movie to relax and unwind with your workplace crush after work, this is the right pick for you.
The Crew took off and landed safely as predicted.

I am regretting my decision after watching this movie this movie has no story, no comedy, no suspense, this movie has nothing good. I seen IMDb rating of 9:00 and got fooled by its rating. I think it has very good rating because it is just released. But I am telling that this movie has nothing good. I was too cold watching this movie this movie is supposed to be funny but I didn't smile for once watching this movie. I was watching this movie with my family my whole family has seen bad experience. Don't spend your money on this movie this movie is not worth it. The story is so bad I don't have any words to say.
