While this is the first season produced by Netflix and available for western audiences, "Run For Money: Tousouchuu" is a show that has been airing regularly in Japan since 2004.
The original Japanese version of this show spun off a short-lived US version by the name of Cha$e on the Sci Fi Channel in 2008.
