It is 2013 and Somebody's Child is still very popular. I would like to wish Lynn Whitefield good luck in receiving the EMMY PRIME TIME NOMINATION FOR BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS IN SOMEBODY'S CHILD. Siddeeqah Powell is a very talented, creative and relevant writer, Somebody's Child is just the beginning of a very promising career. I hope Sid will continue to be inspired and inspire others, and always give back to the next generation of writers. We are looking for great things from Sid, I am sure the remaining months of 2013 and beyond, Sid will share her many writing talents, with her TV audience and the Big Screen as well. There is a desire and need especially in the African American Community for positive, up lifting images and the need to celebrate those in our community who are making a positive contribution.
