She starred alongside Hefner, Holly Madison, and Bridget Marquardt for five seasons. Then, she met pro-football player, Hank Baskett and opted to explore that relationship, leaving the Playboy Mansion. However, her romance with Hank landed her another reality series, Kendra. She then went onto DWTS as well as Kendra On Top.

Deirdre “Didi” O’Hearn, who worked as an executive at A&e Networks, died Aug. 12 in hospice care in St. Augustine, Florida of lung cancer. She was 63.

O’Hearn, a longtime cable executive who also worked for WeTV and other channels, served as senior vice president of programming and development for the Food Network and Cooking Channel from 2014 until 2017, where she oversaw existing programming and the creation of new shows.

The exec was nominated for six Emmys throughout her career, and served as vice president of nonfiction and alternative programming at A&e Television Networks. There, she developed “Gene Simmons Family Jewels,” a reality series which followed Simmons, his wife Shannon Tweed and their two kids.

O’Hearn worked at the network for 16 years, and served as an executive producer and supervising producer on the series “Biography,” where she produced episodes exploring the lives of F. Scott Fitzgerald, Mike Tyson, Sylvester Stallone,...

Deirdre “Didi” O’Hearn, the former head of programming and development for the Food Network and the Cooking Channel, died Monday from lung cancer. She was 63.

O’Hearn’s husband Richard Eckerstrom confirmed her death to media following her stay in hospice in Florida.

While at the Food Network and the Cooking Channel, O’Hearn was responsible for new show development and creating original series. She joined the channels in 2014 after departing We TV, where she spearheaded several popular series, including “Kendra on Top” and “Mary Mary.”

Kendra Wilkinson is getting extremely honest about feeling “so lost” following her heartbreaking divorce from Hank Baskett.

In a vulnerable conversation on PodcastOne’s “On Display with Melissa Gorga“, released on Thursday, the real estate agent and former “The Girls Next Door” alum, 38, said the burdensome combo of her divorce and the end of her E! reality show, “Kendra on Top”, “triggered my depression.”

Wilkinson described the experience as a time she “lost everything,” saying she “had to move into a little house.”
