Die Hard meet Olympus has Fallen, i seen peoples say this a few times and this is basically spot on. You seen this story told many times before but at the same time, its not really an issue for me. And after all its a streaming movie, so its include in my subscription...

As such i think it does fine. The budget is decent enough that the movie look like it has good production value. There is enough action and good pace to keep you entertain as well. But thats not to say the movie does not has flaws.

I felt mix on Viola Davis character. One one side she is supose to be seen as a war veteran but is she really? Its a plot point in the movie, yet later she seem to have as good aiming as John Wick and bad guys come convienently one by one...

Anthony Starr on the other hand was as fun as ever. Having watch The Boys and currently watching Banshee, i am really into this actor right now so it was fun to see him in another over the top bad guy role. When i say over the top, its not "too over the top", just enough for the character to come out as fun and entertaining.

Finally, well you can see this movie was clearly filmed in mind that Kamala Harris would had won the election. There is a ton of pandering and its very "PC". There was a bit too much for me actually.

But with all that said its still a decent action movie that you should watch if you already have Prime and if you enjoy Anthony Starr.
