When Nurse Flowers is taking Big Bird's temperature the next morning while he is waiting for the thermometer to go off Big Bird hums "Sesame Street Theme". Nurse Flowers can be seen smiling at Big Bird while he hums the song. Big Bird also hums "Sesame Street Theme" while the nurse is checking his blood pressure when he first gets to the emergency room.
