Stx Entertainment has released a new trailer and photos from The Foreigner, the latest film from the ageless big screen icon Jackie Chan. This action-packed thrill ride is very much in the same vein as the action classic Taken, with Jackie Chan playing a father with a very "special set of skills" that he uses to go after a group of terrorists. This timely action thriller also stars Pierce Brosnan and comes from the director of Casino Royale.
The Foreigner tells the story of humble London businessman Quan (Chan), whose long-buried past erupts in a revenge-fueled vendetta when the only person left for him to love -- his teenage daughter -- is taken from him in a senseless act of politically-motivated terrorism. In his relentless search for the identity of the terrorists, Quan is forced into a cat-and-mouse conflict with a British government official (Pierce Brosnan), whose own past may...

Eloise Mumford is set to co-star in ABC’s medical drama pilot Warriors, from writer Chris Keyser, Mandeville TV and ABC Studios. The casting stems from the talent holding deal ABC signed with Mumford last summer after casting her in two consecutive drama pilots, River, which went to series, and last year’s Reckless. Inspired by the Walter Reed Military Medical Center, Warriors follow the best and brightest active duty military doctors and nurses as they practice trailblazing medicine. Mumford plays Stacey, a surgical resident who is sometimes overwhelmed by the sadness and emotional toll of her job.“Eloise is really special,” said Keyser, who previously worked with the actress on the Fox series Lone Star. “She is perfect for this role and our first choice.” Paradigm-repped Mumford recently wrapped Fifty Shades Of Grey.

The Fall TV Season presentations for all the new network shows take place this week with the third announced earlier today. Here's a full breakdown of which concepts have made the final list over on ABC.
The network is changing up some of its serialized dramas - removing random repeats in favor of two "uninterrupted runs" of twelve episodes each (one in the fall, one in the spring) for shows like "Once Upon A Time," "Grey’s Anatomy," "Scandal" and "Revenge". The large gaps between the two half-seasons will be bridged by "limited series" designed around only 12-13 episode seasons.
Several other pilots didn't make the final cut and won't be seen including the high-profile "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" rip-off "Gothica", McG's rip-off of Baz Luhrmann's "Romeo + Juliet" entitled "Westside", the series based on Disneyland's Big Thunder Mountain ride, the Annie Potts-led "Murder in Manhattan" about...

In a boon for "Gilmore Girls" fan fiction writers anywhere, Alexis Bledel has found her next TV role.
Bledel, who appeared on "Mad Men" last season, will star opposite Jason Ritter in Fox's comedy pilot "Friends & Family," an adaptation of British series "Gavin & Stacey." She and Ritter will play the central characters, a couple whose families don't mix very well.
